Much of pastoral ministry cannot be captured in a document or a video. Many of the most memorable and significant moments in ministry occur in private, working with people to bring about growth, healing, and transformation. But I hope the following pieces give you a small window into who I am and what I do.

When I arrived at Malvern Baptist Church, we didn't have small groups. So I created this handbook as part of launching our new Community Group ministry. It was not meant to be a one-size-fits-all guide for all communities but was specially designed for my context, primarily composed of young professional parents.
